Pasta Night
CWA, in conjunction with the Parent Advisory Council (PAC) are hosting a live, virtual and interactive cooking class where you will cook, drink, and eat in each others virtual company led by one of our long term school moms, Patrizia Ruggieri, hereto to be referred to as "Chef Patrizia." Our experienced Chef Patrizia will guide us through the preparation of our Pasta Night meal, while imparting some helpful Italian cooking tips, and our fun-loving Advancement Director, Margaret Matthews, and our multifaceted Chaplain, Fr. Michael O'Connor, will do their best to add colour commentary!

We have been so encouraged by the response so far! Thank you to those who have already purchased their Pasta Night Kit. Your participation and donations will help us raise $25,000 to support our treasured CWA in honour of our 25th Anniversary.
Each Pasta Night Meal Kit serves 4/5 people and will include:
  • A jar of Patrizia’s home-made Ragù alla Napoletana
  • Authentic Italian pasta
  • Patrizia’s famous recipes (once we learn "how to” from Chef Patrizia, we can do it ourselves for years to come!)
  • Ingredient checklist for each of the four recipes
  • A CWA special edition 25th Anniversary apron to wear the night of the event for the first 50 purchases. (Additional limited edition aprons available upon request for $40 each)

We will also enjoy a wine tasting with a professional Sommelier who will pair our delicious food with some great Italian wines. You can buy a Wine Tasting Kit for $100 that contains three Italian wines specially selected for CWA by our Sommelier - (two amazing red wines and one beautiful white).
  • Donna Laura Bramosia
  • LaSpinetta Barbera
  • Campagnola Pinot Grigio
Pasta Night Meal and Wine kits will be available for pick up at CWA just before the big event!
