The application fee may be paid by cheque (submitted with your application forms) or online via credit card. Credit card payments (online only), can be made via Plastiq. You must register as a new user in order to make an online payment.  A processing fee of approximately 2.5% is assessed by Plastiq. This rate is subject to change. 2) Student Assessment: Individual academic and readiness assessments are given to all students entering Junior Kindergarten through Grade 12. Upon receipt of your child's application we will contact you to schedule the assessment. Depending upon the grade level being assessed, parents and students should schedule to spend between 1 and 3 hours with us.

There is no additional fee for Student Assessments.

3) Family Meeting: Once the student's application is received and the Student Assessment has been completed, parents will be scheduled for a Family Meeting with the school Principal or Assistant Principal. Students entering Grade 7 and higher attend the Family Meeting as well.

4) Enrollment:  Following the Family Meeting, you will be notified of your child's acceptance status and will receive all the necessary information for enrolling your child.

Shadow Days: Students interested in Clear Water Academy are welcome to contact us to schedule a "Shadow Day". This is a great opportunity to experience a day in the life of a Clear Water Academy student.
